Kitchen Decor Choices

I’m not sure if it’s a team or one individual who decides but the kitchen decor none of the choices mesh well together from the appliances to the counters to the floor and wallpaper it’s an eyesore no matter what combinations I tried…for the most part other room decor somewhat go together but this one yikes

Love the game, but…

The ads are starting to put me over the edge! Especially the 3x10 ads, I can feel my blood pressure go up, when that’s what you get every time, to win additional rewards or get your points. These ads freeze consistently and have taken almost 2-3 minutes before you can get back to the game. Sometimes I have to restart. Life is short and I can’t sit this long for the ads to play. So at times, I’ll quit the game, takes any enjoyment out of playing! I know you need the advertisements, but could you be a little more selective as to what you are showing. You can give a 30 minute award, and you can maybe play 3 games, too slow, too much time watching ads! Not gonna do it!!

Always loved this game. (Been playing forever ) But recently it has so many glitches and levels that are so hard you HAVE to buy extras just to get through them. And they use the same hard levels over and over. Disappointed.

For Top Players, The Fun is Gone

Cindy Ryb on

United States

I feel like the fun is gone from this game due to the new levels being so difficult that they’re next to impossible to get through, even with full boosters. It seems like this has been done to get players to spend more money (buy their way through levels by paying for moves, more coins, boosters, etc). We are a top team, but we are losing players because people do not enjoy the game anymore - they have stopped playing. It was bad before with the All Hard Levels Challenge when levels remained difficult until the reset and then went back to normal. Now they are nearly impossible to get through without buying your way through them. That leaves no time to accumulate coins in between new levels because last week’s levels are taking too long to solve. For months, I have explained to Tactile that players were leaving the game because of this. And for months I’ve been told that they need to find out what players think. They say they’re trying to find the right balance between fun and challenging. The balance? There is no balance - I feel in an attempt to make more money, you have destroyed the fun of the game. I’m asking you - if you want your top players to continue playing, listen to what they’re saying. You’ve taken a game I enjoyed and made it frustrating and annoying. Where’s the fun in that?
