Super pratique
Très ergonomique très intuitif très facile d’utilisation
Pas pour les américains en France
Leur partenaire Swan refuse de servir les clients américains (même franco-américain) donc impossible de s’en servir des aspects compte pro. Apparemment la discrimination n’est pas raciste quand c’est par rapport à un américain… Je recommande regarder Qonto avec Régate à la place car la pas de soucis ils prennent tout les français peut importe les origines…dommage de se retrouver engagé avec un service comme Pennylane où on est citoyen deuxième classe…
Un gain de temps considérable!
Pour ma part, c’est le gain de temps qui m’a décidé. Le fait de pouvoir scanner les factures et les transmettre de manière instantané à la comptable. C’est top ! Par contre, je trouve dommage que depuis l’app nous ne puissions pas avoir les mêmes fonctionnalités que depuis la page web. Notamment sur la trésorerie et les devis…
Appli simple d’utilisation !
Cette appli permet de gérer énormément de choses et très simplement ! Il resterai à intégrer un système de signature via l’appli et ce serait parfait !
Facturation et modification
Il manque juste quelques options sur l’application smartphone sinon produit très fiable

Impossible de connecter deux sociétés distinctes sur l’application smartphone
Bonjour Je n’arrive pas à importer des documents pour la deuxième société en utilisant mon Smartphone
Problème dépôt facture sur Chorus
Obligée de scanner chaque facture pour déposer sur Chorus car le format PDF des factures Pennylane ne sont pas reconnus. Réelle perte de temps ; j’espère que Pennylane pourra apporter une solution.
Bugs en permanence
Dernière maj avec le code pin très ennuyant surtout chaque fois votre téléphone se met en veille. Maj inutile pour le menu limité sur les téléphones, dommage pas d’option de faire désactiver cette option. Même chose avec le login sur l’ordinateur et l’envoi de mail automatique pour sécurité. L’application HS au minimum une semaine par mois si pas plus avec les fériés.
