This app is user-friendly, reliable, and has great features. It works smoothly with no issues.

This one has too many bugs.

All you can do is LOOK. You cannot change anything such as your ADDRESS! Oh cool I can rename my account…but can’t change my address. Real functional ability with your app. Does peoples still use fractional reserve lending using MY MONEY? I want that interest you force others to pay for the privilege of using MY MONEY to buy a house or car? And then you have the audacity to charge me bank fees….

This app does all I need for banking, deposit checks, receives notifications when I use my debit card at a store or ATM plus more

My app will not jet me put in travel date leaving or end date. It just spins in a circle

Junk. No search option. The help option takes you to an awful website that literally has 0 options to browse help subjects. Zelle on the app doesn’t even work I literally have someone trying to pay me 3 grand right now and I can’t even accept the money because of this trash app 0 stars

this app is terrible. i can not deposit my check no matter how many pictures i take it always lowers the quality to where it is unrecognizable, and the money isn’t deposited for at least 4 days. you also have to type your information in every single time you want to use the app.

These 4+ star rating must be paid for because this app is literally junk. Used to be decent and now you can’t even change your password because for some reason it says you’re current password is incorrect so you go to “Forgot Password,” to reset it and input your username and low and behold, you get the same message saying incorrect password, like what?! For this to be an ongoing issue and still not be fixed is ridiculous, like come on guys, how do you buy a bank out and instead of making improvements they go to 💩

easy to use/ navigate, it makes it easy for me to cash checks, transfer money to one acc to another, and check my balance and purchases.

The app is reliable and user friendly.
