UNPROFESSIONAL SUPER ADMIN IN PH REGION
First of all, the main issue is how the super admin, Ms. Angel Abad, approach the issue. She's not able to resolve this issue without taking it personally. She's abusing her power as the super admin. We've directly talk to the manager, Sir James, because she's not talking to us directly. Secondly, instead of handling the issue in a professional way by talking to the person involved which is our owner, she's posting hatred and malicious acts on Facebook Page including insults to the LGBTQIA+ community. Third, she's pointing out that our agency are not following the general guidelines for the Global Officials when in fact, she's violating it too but don't recognize her mistakes. Lastly, I will not encourage you all to download this app if you're from the Philippines because of the mismanagement of the officials. Because they will not talk to you professionally but will threaten to ban you and will post insults, malicious acts, and hatred on the Group Page. You wouldn't want someone from the officials who is not professional enough and not respectable because of her actions. She should be removed as the super admin because she don't deserve that title.
