Pepper offers three different suit modes: strength, cardio, and relax. These modes vary in impulse rhythm and intensity and are suitable for distinct training preferences and fitness goals. The strength mode uses a high-intensity impulse with a four-second on and four-second pause rhythm. Its primary function is to increase muscular strength. The relax mode uses the same impulse rhythm but with a lower intensity that helps to relax and massage your muscles. The cardio mode intensifies every endurance workout and increases the calorie burn with a pulsating and low-intensity impulse rhythm.

You can tailor your experience by adjusting the intensity for different muscle regions individually. Turn up every area to the level of intensity you desire and even save your intensities for future workouts. Want to train one muscle region only or challenge yourself by using all major muscles of your body to the fullest potential? With the Pepper suit and app, you can do both.

Track your progress over time, both during your workouts and in your user profile. The heat zones visualize your intensity compared to previous intensity levels in your workout history and encourage you to improve your fitness level over time. Try to reach the red zone during your workouts to challenge yourself and get the most out of your training. Collect Pepper points for your activities and compare yourself to your friends.

Best EMS training app

This is the best EMS training App I‘ve ever used. It is easy to understand and easy to use. The trainers explain how to do every exercise in detail so I know exactly what to do. Moreover I like how they motivate me during the training. Thanks Pepper!

3 reasons why this might be one of the best sport apps

Munichdj on

Germany

This is probably one of the best sports apps and concepts (think about Peloton meets EMS) you will find in the market. However one word of attention: You obviously need to buy the PEPPER EMS suit as to really use and get the full value out of the app. So here are the 3 reasons why I love PEPPER: 1) The workouts are very short and effective: Workouts range from somewhere below 10-20 minutes. For me it is difficult to stick to long workouts at home and the time makes them perfect to squeeze in during lunch or inbetween two meetings. 2) I feel the concept and they way EMS works perfectly support my training goals. If you enjoy the feeling of sore muscles, the feeling that you really did work in just less than 20 minutes than this is just for you. Trust me it almost feels like cheating on every training you did before. Super effective. 3) I do not need to go to an expensive EMS training facility but I have my own suit at home that I can take with me for travel. Looking at the current prices for EMS training I get my return on investment in less than a year In a nutshell: Even though the app and concept is farely new I love it (as you can probably guess from my review). I am curious how this app will further evolve as new features and trainings will be added.
