Have tried to create an account but the app crashes all the time before I even get past registering my details. Have tried probably 10 times now and about give up

Cannot get it to work as it just crashes repeatedly when I try to sign up for the work account I was told was available. App closes down when I try to enter my details.

They make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe much less request your data be removed.

You guys are awesome! Amazing app, very kind and helpful. Keep up the good work.

App keeps crashing at various points of registering despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Waste of time

Access Peppy via Vitality Healthcare & it’s great. There is a variety of groups & webinars plus the 1:1 chat. You get great help from the chat & always a quick response within their working hours.

For an app that suppose to provide menopause support you have left me feeling undermined, invalidated and like it’s ‘all in my head’ the same as the gp.

Peppy you have been a life line for me and my tricky fertility journey. I have had access to similar providers but your practitioners have provided me with the best service and answers. There is loads of actually useful content that is updated regularly. I’m so glad my employer chose peppy.

I have access to Peppy via my employer and was initially sceptical that it would be of use. It’s actually been a life saver. Using the chat function I’ve been able to ask a lot of questions, had concerns eased and even had my GP’s advice corrected after being prescribed the wrong levels of HRT for my age/symptoms. Incredibly useful. I recommend to anyone in need of help with their menopause.

Such an useful, trustworthy app with knowledge practitioners that you can trust. There’s a lot of information out there but I have used this app to understand how to manage PCOS and now feel I have the confidence to make changed and improve my health.
