Cannot try even one hairstyle against your own picture
You cannot actually try any hairstyles against your own photo without paying. I get that the developers need to make some money but I think they would sell more if they at least offered a few basic hairstyles against the users own photo. Without being able to see whether the app is able to create at least a semi realistic way to look at new hairstyles on their own face, why would anyone invest in paying for this app? I wont because I have no way to determine whether the app is useful to me? And also because I believe quality apps will offer some functionality for free, because they believe they have a quality product people will be happy to pay to get more of. When the entire functionality you downloaded the app for is unavailable to even try until you pay… I cant help but wonder if that is because the actual paid functionality is not really worth buying (possibly not even something you would keep and use if free) And if you are thinking i am just someone who will never pay for anything, I often buy apps or subscriptions, but I like to get some idea of whether the app is worth paying for first and this app wont give me any way to assess that. I have no interest whatsoever in seeing how various hairstyles look on some random model! To make things worse it wanted me to watch an ad before i even got to the point where I realised there was zero functionality available for free or on trial. Can only assume the positive reviews are either because an earlier version of this app was better, or are fake paid reviews. Avoid….
