How am I supposed to enjoy if I can’t login
Cool game, but has a few flaws
You need quite a bit of space for it to run but that’s not the main issue here, first issue is people of the same gender can’t get married (like what?) second, the customer service needs to be heavily worked on as it is very unhelpful. This is two issues in one but I forgot my passwords (main and secondary) and apparently I have no way of getting those back without reporting that I’ve lost my account, which I haven’t. I’m just unable to upgrade my equipment now which is SO frustrating. Also this is a bit less of a complaint but I thought I’d mention I think there should be a bit more explanation with different features as there’s a ton and it can get very confusing, if even half of these issues are fixed the gameplay would be infinitely better. PLEASE respond because I can’t play properly without knowing my passwords and I have no way of getting them back it seems. ☹️

Good game just needs a few tweaks
I have been playing for a while and it’s fun but there’s a few problems for me, one you can’t do any romantic gestures to someone of the same gender?? Dunno why, I don’t think you can marry them either but haven’t tested that out. Two, I feel like energy shouldn’t be needed to chat with people. Like I’ll be talking to someone and run out of energy and then their just left unresponded to and it’s very frustrating, I also have no idea how to gain energy back except for just waiting til the next day, it said to do events but I did and I didn’t get any of these energy points, very frustrating. It’s a good game otherwise but please I beg you change these things 🙏
Crashes
Can’t even get past the character selection screen as it keeps freezing and crashes. Playing on a new Ipad pro with tons of storage 🤷🏻♀️
I spent an entire HOUR trying to figure out how play this game!
It would freeze up and I would have to restart the game again 😩

Stopped working
I used to play this game a lot in 2020 but I deleted the game I came back to see what’s been up with it and it can’t even download it without it freezing and crashing it’s a good game that went bad
