How am I supposed to enjoy if I can’t login
Cool game, but has a few flaws
You need quite a bit of space for it to run but that’s not the main issue here, first issue is people of the same gender can’t get married (like what?) second, the customer service needs to be heavily worked on as it is very unhelpful. This is two issues in one but I forgot my passwords (main and secondary) and apparently I have no way of getting those back without reporting that I’ve lost my account, which I haven’t. I’m just unable to upgrade my equipment now which is SO frustrating. Also this is a bit less of a complaint but I thought I’d mention I think there should be a bit more explanation with different features as there’s a ton and it can get very confusing, if even half of these issues are fixed the gameplay would be infinitely better. PLEASE respond because I can’t play properly without knowing my passwords and I have no way of getting them back it seems. ☹️

Crashes
Can’t even get past the character selection screen as it keeps freezing and crashes. Playing on a new Ipad pro with tons of storage 🤷🏻♀️
I spent an entire HOUR trying to figure out how play this game!
It would freeze up and I would have to restart the game again 😩

I used to play this game a lot in 2020 but I deleted the game I came back to see what’s been up with it and it can’t even download it without it freezing and crashing it’s a good game that went bad
