Love the app, it’s great but customer support...
Great app and I have loved using it. Overall very happy with it but when writing in with issues, customer support is very defensive and can come across as being rude. Not the most pleasant experience. Choice of words and language leave much to be desired. A little advice, no point having a good product if you’re not willing to support with good manners, you should look into how your reps communicate.
App is Loading slow and stop itself
I am regular user and I paid a few amount of money . But now app is keep crushing . Plz don’t download this app . Wasting your money. They should update the app
Crashes after latest iOS update
I can’t get past one or two corrections before it crashes. Even after restarting my phone.
Slim face and nose are terrible
Previously i love this app because slim face and nose editing are so natural as it helps to “contour” my face and nose. After updating the version, this two functions are very terrible. Instead of contouring, it narrows and make my face and nose look smaller which look very fake and look like alien. Get back the old one please
Face filtering
I am not happy now the way this apps edits my face. Before i was happy when i got to slim my face .... contouring is perfectly done on the side.... but why now when you need to slim the face it does not contour the face on the sides but instead it makes the face smaller and smaller and rounder. It looks like smidget. What happened to this apps?
