Go Beyond The Schedule

Don’t sleep on the tracking function. When a movement is programmed you’re able to go back and see how / what you did. it’s set up by movement, not reps, which is very helpful for figuring out what you should start with, or aim for, when you go back to the gym.

Everything works great except the notifications

Please allow us to selectively mute notifications. Yes I want to be notified of my upcoming classes, no I don’t want a notification after every class to rate it. If I was abe to do that it would be 5/5.
