I will give them the Benefit of the doubt which is that I have received previous fragrances from them before, but my newest purchase hasn’t arrived in over 3 weeks and I have received no refund, or update emails. I would like to give them a higher rating, but I just can’t.

BE AWARE!! I purchased 2 bottles one women Jean Paul perfume and one men’s Jean Paul cologne. These bottles are either watered down or FAKE! I’m soo disappointed!

I placed the order for two perfumes and later I wanted to change my order so I called them on there number 3 different times, no body picked it up so ended up leaving voicemail no callback! Also sent them email but nope they just shipped the original order obviously so that I can send them back which I don’t want and pay restocking and delivery fees. So just be careful when you place order with them just make sure it’s right and final product because there is no way you can change that later. They should’ve invest some money on there customer support too it’s really terrible.
