Period app is designed for people who bleed and those who don't.

We don't collect any personal data. We don't even ask you to create an account. Your data is private. It stays on your phone, in your pocket or purse.

We offer an optional subscription service using Sign in with Apple if you want to store your data to our secure cloud and sync it across devices, which is great should anything happen to your iPhone or iPad.

Use Period to track all the things: menstrual flow, cycle length, tampon, pad, cup, discharge, feeling, physical (including cramps and hot flash), sex & libido, hormone (estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone), temperature, weight, test (either ovulation or pregnancy), pill, ring, patch, IUD, birth control implant, and injection. You can even take notes.

Create your own entry types and track whatever you want when you subscribe. You name it and choose an icon. Both custom and basic entry types also come with a notes field so you can add all the details you want. Subscriptions are $8.99/year with a 7-day free trial.

Period is integrated with the Apple Health app. Connecting to Apple Health allows you to import period and related data into Period, and vice versa. It's a great way to get the most out of both apps.

Set up reminders to change your tampon, take a daily pill, remember your hormones--whatever you want. You can also set reminders when you're expecting to ovulate or welcome your next period. Hello!

Add widgets to your Home screen to see when your period is due, get reminders, see a 2-week calendar, or just know how many days you are into your cycle.

Choose to direct message with friends and family, and if you're so inclined automatically alert them when you start your period. Why not find out if y'all are cycling together?

* determine how regular your periods are

* recognize if your periods are on the heavy side

* track a contraceptive ring like Nuva Ring, a birth control pill, or a patch

* find patterns so you can know yourself better

We also support Dark Mode if that's your thing.

To make it easy to get started, you can import a .csv file. You can also export all your data because, well, it's your data.

I like this app but

It won’t give me a period prediction

Awesome

I’m a trans man (FTM) and this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s straight to the point, the app cover is unsuspecting and it’s free unlike a lot of other trackers I’ve tried. Thanks!

It’s a great app I just think it’s smart

Love it

It's really gender neutral and inclusive, which is extremely hard to find with period tracking apps. I appreciate that so much. It has a lot of options to make note of other symptoms, like discharge, mood, and various forms of birth control. You can even customize your own with a subscription. The subscription is honestly really cheap compared to a lot of apps, and it's worth it in my opinion. Thank you developers!!

i love the app and it is really simple to use. the only thing i would like to see is more options for symptoms. i would also like if there was an option to not do the time you experienced the symptom, maybe an all day option? overall the app is very simple and easy to use. it does everything i need it to. these are just extras that aren’t necessary.

Great, simple and straightforward app

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and I love it, but recently I’ve been encountering a bug that impacts my cycle predictions: whenever I click a day to mark it as my period, the next time I come back to the app it’s un-marked. And so my period predictions have been off for the last few months due to the app not being able to remember the days I mark as my period. Please correct this bug! Thanks.

Best period tracking app

This is my favourite period tracking app. It’s got a simple, intuitive interface and it’s not all pink and flowery or girl-bossy. It’s also got so many different things you can track like acne, different types of pain, etc. It’s really been a big help for me.
