To forecast ovulation Period Tracker calculates 14 days before the projected start date of one's next period. Forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one's cycle length is, when one actually ovulates during the cycle, and how many periods have been logged in the app. Anxiety, stress, diet, nutrition, exercise, environment, medications, age and other factors can also affect one's cycle from month to month.

I’ve been using this for around 12 years and I still love it!
Great!
I love this app and have been using it for many years. However, I have always hoped for an alarm feature. I have PCOS and I need to take meds to produce a cycle and I always forget when I should be starting my meds to begin my cycle. The app is very helpful in telling me how long my cycle should be, but I am always late due to forgetfulness. I hope to get pregnant someday, and to be able to set an alarm on a desired day within the app would be an amazing help! Thanks!!

Need more icons please …symbols shapes items please
This app is great to track my moods and all my own personal symptoms…I can customize it and the data reports make it easy to advocate for my own health in doctors visits …they always ask and now I have all the hard facts …better self awareness…better understanding of my cyclessss… yes very into this app …just wanted more Suggestions for update: Charts to go back “years” or “even year” at time After I go past this cycle I can’t see the past moods symptoms charts for Jan Feb etc More symbols or icons etc please It doesn’t actually back up ? General , backup now …push …says backed up Never? Why ? I want to do a daily backup …option now …then says never backed up … why? Can’t send self email onky gets prompts from app once ?
Good app
Had the deluxe version of this app since 2015. Its worked really well and I haven’t considered another app. However, I recently tried to back up my data, and I cannot. The button foes not work, contact support hyperlink doesnt work, and I reached out to the support email, yet have not gotten a response yet. Good app but the features do not all work now from what i can tell.

Menopause
I really like this app, it’s been great however, it has a trying to conceive mode and a pregnant mode but it doesn’t have a menopause mode. The app needs to have a menopause mode. That is a natural part of being a women and is a part of her cycles.
