I love this app as it’s quite a good was to reward and also get allot of perks to living a spendy free time

This app has ruined my access to Perkbox for the desktop version and also the internet access is ruined too. Fix this problem please.

I do use the app regularly for my everyday shopping. Usually buy one of the big shop voucher. It’s have lot of offers with a small 3-5% discount. Easily save more than 50£ a year only in Morrisons.

This app is one of the worst developed. Either it doesn’t work or it is extremely slow and unusable. When it is necessary to look for some perks, that’s the best time Perkbox will plan to shut its servers in the backend. They’re exactly opposite to what AI based data company do. Normally companies make their app work best and collect data to enhance the experience whereas Perkbox will make their app worse and collect data so that they can ruin more experience. Get better developers. High school kid can do it better than your devs. Fire them.

Great app, easy to use and love my free coffees!

Update app and then can’t log in…enter my email address, it sends me a 6 digit code, I enter the code and then it tells me that my email address doesn’t exist! Now I’m locked out of the app, with no option to report it, so very disappointing

I have tried 5 times to get a code to login as soon as I put the code in the email disappears and the code doesn’t work.

I’ve been trying to get a Marks & Spencer gift card but when I enter the value amount I don’t see the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom anymore and therefore I can’t get to the checkout screen. Please fix this bug. It’d also be nice to have my favourite perks at the top of the home screen of the app so I can access them quicker.

The app is useless as I can’t login in with my details.

Bought a £5 gift card for sainsbury but everyone I enter the code it says it’s not recognised.
