Is Persona Nutrition free?
Yes, Persona Nutrition is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Persona Nutrition legit?
⚠️ The Persona Nutrition app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Previously, there was a massive delay with logging each day's supplement tracking. That seems to have been largely resolved, thankfully.
Now, however, if you select a day on the calendar to log your supplements, it locks up because on the main screen, the app tour pops up. This repeats every time you perform this action.
Further, the calendar won't update or move months. It's stuck on June, regardless of selecting the arrows to change the month.
Generally, I'm really starting to question the value of this program if they can't be bothered to have at least a barely functional app. Are the supplements themselves even any good, then?
Frustrating App
The vitamins are great! I love the individual packs. Have come on time for a over a year now. Unfortunately my pack was not shipped in February with no explanation given. I believe it would have been my free month so that may be why Persona skipped that month.
The app is really frustrating. It says you can set reminders, but even when it appears I have, I have never received a reminder.
Until recently, earning the credits for $ off my next pack was easy. However, now the checks are harder to select and aren’t always recognized. Vitamins aren’t cheap and the credits are a great incentive to me. I hope they are able to fix this and I earn my credits.
Edited: Now the app has removed all of my evening vitamins tracking for the past month so again, I haven’t earned my $5 off.

I love the app very useful I can track my pill intake
Plus all the other features meal plan very good and the grocery list very useful the personal staff are very friendly and helpful
Payment Issues
Every time I try to update my credit card it tells me they can’t sink data from the server and to “try again sometime”… This is a major problem. I need to get this other card off and I cannot.
Also the reminder never works. I work 3rd shift and no matter what I set the times to (5pm and 2am), I only get one random reminder at 9am. While I’m sleeping.
The New App is Awful
The app was originally designed to manage your vitamins. Now that part is very hidden, making it impossible to find, make cancellations or changes. The new app is trash
Unhappy before product
So I am a new customer. I am annoyed before I have even received my product. I downloaded the app made my purchase and now I can’t open the app. I insert my login credentials and it says doesn’t match records and when I click forgot password(which I actually haven’t forgotten)I enter my email and the screen never goes from that. How can this be when I most certainly have and email from this company saying my order is on the way and I can track it through the app!!!!
Unable to login
App says my email is not valid. But I’m able to login on the website with the so-called “invalid” email. Login should not do any type of pre-validation, just check the database for the username and password, no need for extra unnecessary validation.
Horrible.
Laid out the worst way possible. Not helpful at all, no reason to have the app, the chat bot doesn’t work, and I ordered my first pack 4 weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it. 0 stars.
The App Doesn’t Work
I was trying to sign in and it kept closing out and it was getting annoying. I really wanted to use the services too.
The updated app is too much!
I didn’t need the meal plan. I just want to be able to manage my subscription where I can skip or pause my shipping or just reassess my health needs so I can update my vitamins. Before I know where I can do all these but now it’s nowhere to be found.
I like that we are able to track our intake but I really would like to focus on the vitamins. I hope there is an option to just pick what you want to see on your own app and maybe a walk-through how to navigate the new one. It looks completely different from the simpler and straightforward previous one.
