App crashed no longer work and no customer support
I'm trying to contact with customer service and they didn't answer I CAN'T open the app and I have a huge mess with my schedule I lost all my bussines inf. my appointments my clients information , I lost everything. I need to know how or what can I do to get the money that I paid for the app. Hope to hear very soon any response from you guys !!!!
This app is great when it works. But when it crashes you just sit and wait because there’s no one to contact for customer support. Waiting ..... and major stressing! Would love the recommendation of a great app for hairstylist. Let me say I would never ever advise investing one cent or one second with anything to do with this app. The most unprofessional and unreliable people I’ve ever had to deal with.
This is the 2nd review for me, if you could give negative stars I would! Do not buy this app Terrible customer service, it crashes for weeks at a time. This will affect you business schedule. I will keep giving this app a negative review until it is removed completely!!
I’ve paid $99 twice, I’ve added all my clients info and inventory into app and now it’s all gone and I’m being asked to pay $19.99 a month! This is insane!
This app used to be good, half the time it crashes and doesn’t work. Paid $200 on this app now you want people to pay a monthly subscription. I don’t think so. Like everyone else said not worth it . Buyers beware DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY you’d be better off buying a scratch. If I could give this app no stars I would.
After already purchasing this app twice and spending a total of $200, we are now being forced into a monthly subscription. Under the app description in the App Store they state that once you buy the app you own it with no monthly fees. On SalonTechnologies.com, they also state there are NO extra fees for maintenance & support. That is what I agreed to when I purchased this app. This is a bait and switch in that, Salon Technologies are unilaterally changing the terms of use of the application after purchase!!! Now I cannot get to my client information or lookup past appointments or lookup color formulas. Anything related to my salon business for the time I have been using PSA+ over the last 10 years is gone unless I subscribe monthly. I have tried to contact Salon Technologies. I have sent email after email with no response!! **WARNING** Do not buy or subscribe to this app. They do not have integrity as a company and have left many of us stylists in a horrible situation. They use to be the best. It’s very sad to watch a company that use to care, hurt so many of our livelihoods.
I have had to purchase this app two times spending $200 on an app that should’ve only cost me $100. App crashes twice a year in January and in June. Contact with the developer is no replies back. And now they decided that the $200 that I gave them for the app is not enough and now they want me to pay monthly. I can’t even get in this app to retrieve my clients information because now they are holding it hostage until I sign up for their monthly agreement. I have had this app with the exception of having to purchase it twice since 2011 and I have loved it. It fit my needs perfectly. Now I have a Bandan to this app and have moved my appointments to a new one. I’m very happy and it offers even more and better quality options that didn’t cost me a penny to download. Very disappointed. I did not wanna make this move. But you holding my clientele and my appointments hostage draws the line in the sand. Not a very good way to do business. all of us using this app and trying to run our salons would go out of business if we treated our clients like this. Such a shame.
Thank you thank you. 2 things. I have had this program for years. I love it. when it stopped working I was freaking out . After trying many other software. I was over the moon when I saw this working. I am more than willing to pay $10 a month. A lot of the others are worst programming and cost more. Ok on the other part. Please fix the entering new clients. It crashes. Thank you so much!
