Very excited to try the service, but it took me four tries to book an appointment. You must download the app. Doing it from the Internet browser will not work and once I got on the app, the options/times were different. Disappointing user experience, but excited to try perspire

to put it lightly, this app is not good. needs a lot of work. overall a weird mobile experience. please hire real devs to develop your app.

I recently went for an intro session. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, friendliness, and enthusiasm. Kat gave me a tour of the facility and explained to me all of the wonderful health benefits from the services. The facility was spotless and I could tell the staff care a great deal about the Brand. After my trial session, I spoke with Kat again, and she thoroughly explained all of the Membership/ Package Options available. She was very thorough and engaging. I decided to try this as a last effort for my arthritis. Even after one session, I felt dramatically less pain.

So convenient for booking my sauna sessions and optional note section for my desired temp and room settings 💗

Scheduling is simple on the Ap. However It would have been nice to know that’s the only way to schedule unless you call in. I bought a package and stopped in to the store to learn about the ap. Luckily I was in the center running other errands. Also the phone number to call the store wasn’t handy on your website.

Recently, I decided to check out if infrared/heat could help with my Fatigued body. After speaking and being educated by the very informed staff, I decided to give the discounted first session a shot. It did exactly what they said it would and on my way out became a member.

I doesn’t recognize me or my account, I constantly get logged out, and it consistently asks me to sign a waiver.

I love my sauna sessions. They are so relaxing and healing to my mind, body and soul. The peace, the heat, the cleanliness and the red light therapy coalesce to a state of nirvana. These are the fastest 40 minutes of any day because of how great I feel during and after a session. Every time I have a session I can’t wait until the next! I’ve encouraged friends and family yo take advantage of these awesome treatments because if they don’t they’re missing out. Once they’ve done it, they love it too.
