Needs so much enhancement! Not user friendly and slow.
Jimmy is awesome
We’ve picked Jimmy twice as our dog’s groomer, and he's been nothing but friendly and professional. Super fast but detail orientated, our dog Oscar seems very comfortable with him :)

The booking was made easy & quick by Lovely.

My dogs always come back happy and smelling great! Always very well groomed! I also had a great assist from Ms. Lovley
Pet basic grooming
The call center is very bad They are not good at time I paid for the service and they didnt show up at desirable time, they came at 8 we were already sleeping, I waked them to come next day during daylight they said they have no appointments and when I asked the representative, her name is Lovely to refund the money she just shut down the chat and stopped answering my messages. I don’t recommend them at all
Great customer service
Sherilyn was incredibly helpful when I contacted PetCorner about the urgent need to have special food delivered for my diabetic cat the next day. She was extremely understanding and quickly arranged a courier to deliver the package. Thank you!
