This app no longer loads pets. It just spins and spins. I’ve contacted my vet about it, but there’s nothing they can do. And there’s no way to contact tech support. Terrible! Was a great tool, until it wasn’t.

To confirm your account they need to send you a text and I can clearly see my phone number selected and the app just keeps yelling at you that you need to select a phone number

I use this app monthly to request my dog’s medication refills and request appointments. Never fails me. So much easier than calling the office. Love it!

You can’t load a phone number in so the app won’t work. I see as far back as 5 years ago of this complaint. Does anyone use this app because I don’t see how.

In order to open the app, and it asks you to put in your phone number. Once you put in your phone number, you cannot proceed. Worthless!!!

Good concept but I agree with others’ comments - no way to advice screen from phone number.

Ok, so I can get past the screen where I input my phone number and my vet but the next screen asks me to select a phone number so they can text me a security code. I tap on my phone number and the circle next to it fills in with a blue dot. Then I hit the send button and a pink box pops up telling me to please select a phone number! I did. There’s literally a blue dot next to it. I can’t get past that screen. I was really excited when my vet said they were going to start using this app but it’s garbage. I guess I’ll just keep using email to contact them and request appts on their website.

Downloaded app on request of our vet, but the app freezes and won’t open.

Don’t waste your time trying to use this app. It’s not maintained and zero response from the developer. The UI looks extremely dated and I’m unable to get past the login screen. This app is a big let down compared to other vet clinics.
