BEWARE! Don't even start. I've been playing teamlava games for over a year now and have extensive experience with the games, the forum and with teamlava. They develop highly addictive sim apps which at first are fun, but then the problems start. 1.You need to work hard to earn gems/gold, or you can buy them with real money. There are certain items and goals which you must have them. 2. The apps are designed to help you accidentally waste them unintentionally without a confirmation window! 3. There are so many bugs in the game that after a couple of months, you'll find that you're playing a game of frustration instead of fun. 4. Some of the bugs "steal" your gems/gold/money! One price is listed but a higher amount is taken! 5. ANY time the game cheats you out of your hard earned gems/gold/money, the forum directs you to write to support. Support ALWAYS says, "...sorry for your loss. This is our policy." 6. Support ALWAYS sends several frustrating automatic responses which have nothing to do with your email. Probably in hopes you'll give up. 7. After several angry replies, you might get a real response which basically says, "...sorry for your loss. This is our policy." 8. There are terrible lags in the game that as you work your way up just get worse! 9. Consistent refreshes which can take several minutes, wasting your time and making almost impossible to play. 10. Their development resources are more focused on updating and new items instead of fixing the bugs. 11. Sudden and unannounced price hikes. 12. No matter what, you will never get your gold/gems/game money back, even if they know it's a bug. They'll just resort back to, "...sorry for your loss. This is our policy." 13. Any good reviews are probably written by new players who haven't experienced the nightmare yet. Basically, teamlava just wants high numbers of players who spend real money and they don't care about the game experience! They will cheat you out of real money and/or hard earned items! BEWARE! You'll have fun at first, but in the end they'll definitely screw you! After dealing with all these headaches for over a year, I've deleted all their games and wanted to share my experience with others before they make the same mistake. Message me on fb if you want to ask me specific questions. Trust me, find a different game to play. DO NOT PLAY TEAMLAVA GAMES.
