With the Halloween event, the app cannot load anymore and you cannot play. Please work to correct this bug. There is no use updating new levels when the app no longer works. Thank you

App hangs and cannot continue
The Halloween event is causing the app to hang. This is not the first time it happened. There was a previous event that had the same issue. There is a bug somewhere probably that is stopping it from working. Hope the right person reads this and do something about it. Thank you.
Can’t run e app
After opening, game jus hang there at e start or load up. Reinstalled, still e same problem. I’m using ios16.4.1
Cannot open
Since the latest software update to iSO 15.4.1 unable to open and play. Reinstall and all my goodies are gone! Very angry Yes same here, all my devices cannot play at all

Screen gone blank
Was playing on it but it’s suddenly gone blank. When to the main page in case need to update but it’s still show black page. What’s happening? I don’t want to reset into zero level and lost all my save item as now I’m on level 1625
