1. Place Your Request: Pet owners can effortlessly create service requests, specifying their pet's requirements. Whether it's a dog walk, pet care, or pet training, we've got you covered.
2. Receive Offers: Once your request is live, interested service providers within a 10-kilometer radius will send you their offers. Your list of offers is thoughtfully sorted based on user ratings (from 1 to 5 stars) and the quantity of ratings. This ensures you can easily find the perfect match for your pet.
3. Choose Your Provider: After reviewing the offers, select the service provider who best suits your needs. Then, use our built-in chat system to coordinate the details and finalize your arrangement.
4. Secure Payment: To confirm the service, a payment is required. While the pet owner sets an initial amount as a reference for users, the final amount is determined by the chosen service provider. The chat system becomes active after payment and is retained until the service is completed.
5. Cancellation and Completion: Both parties can request cancellations if needed. If the request is accepted, the payment (minus commissions) is refunded to the requester. If the request is declined, you can continue the conversation in the chat, and notifications will keep you informed.
6. Service Completion: When the service is completed, either party can initiate a completion request. Once accepted, both parties are notified, and pet owners can rate the service provider on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Additionally, 80% of the payment is added to the service provider's balance.
7. Balance and Withdrawal: Users can check their balances within the app. If the balance reaches or exceeds $10 USD and you've linked your PayPal email address in the control panel, you can request a withdrawal. PayPal will handle the transfer of funds to your account.
8. Reporting: PetCrowd also offers a reporting feature accessible through the chat menu and settings. Describe any issues you encounter. We'll reach out via email to resolve the problem manually.
