Why does this feeder give food again? It's scheduled at 12, but give my cat food again at 12:01. It was not the first time. The weirdest thing is the record has only one at 12 so I can't check when I'm not at home.

I am completely impressed with the automatic feeder. It is easy to schedule easy to clean in the bonus of getting alerts when my cat approaches the feeder is amazing!

These machines are worthless.

Never worked well, CONSTANTLY malfunctioning, none of the easy corrections work, have to reset device multiple times a day. Might as well be hand cleaning a $5 litter box. So not worth the money, yet all the app does is offer you to spend more money. DO NO BUY.

Very impressed with the quality of the products and app.

I’m happy with the water fountain and my took to it very quickly but I have been unable to find instructions. For example, what is the difference between smart mode and the other one. Also, how can I use the fountain unless it’s on the base?

App won’t work at all.

I recently purchased a PETKIT product, excited about its features and the convenience it promised. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory due to persistent issues with connecting the device to my WiFi network. Despite following the setup instructions to the letter, the device consistently fails to connect, rendering many of its smart features useless and leaving me unable to fully utilize the product as advertised. This has been incredibly frustrating, and multiple attempts to troubleshoot with the provided instructions have led to no success. I am disappointed with the performance of this product and the inconvenience it has caused. If the connectivity issue persists, I will have to consider returning the product and looking for a more reliable alternative.
