App is great but….
Love the convenience of the app and credit card tied to it. If you need to pay with a different method of payment not linked to the app, you need to go inside to scan the petro points card to get the points. Not always convenient. Maybe scanners on the pumps is not far away
Sucks
I don’t need an app bad enough to spend thousands of dollars for a new phone. My IPhone 7 works perfectly with all the other apps I have. My phone is updated and all my other fuel apps work fine.
Easy to prepay
Really easy to use the app to make payments. Specially when required to make prepayments
Car wash maintenance
If car wash is down for maintenance then franchisees need to update that info on their location profile. On two occasions now, I’ve had to go to 3 different locations to get a car wash because the washes were down at the first two. Frustrating. Seems like half the time, these car washes are down for maintenance. Not good value for people who buy the 90 days pass like me.
Stupid Update
Cannot use app anymore UNLESS I update the stupid app… then it requires iOS 16 or higher… my iPhone 6S+ works just fine on iOS 15.8.2, so do the other 36 Apps that I have installed… I open the stupid Petro-Canada points app and it asks to update… I click on it and it takes me to the AppStore inky button active is “Open” CANNOT UPDATE YOUR STUPID APP BECAUSE MY OLD AND FAITHFUL iPhone won’t install iOS 16… PLEASE PETRO CANADA, SEND ME A PLASTIC CARD, MAYBE YOU WON’T GET HACKED AGAIN…
Required Update?
App no longer works. “Update required” but my iPhone doesn’t support the ios version necessary to download the updated app. Old app versions should still work! Poor planning PetroCan.
This is one of the worst apps
This app sucks for the last three or four years this app sucks I can’t get points every time I go to get points there is something wrong with the app or the app doesn’t update like right now this isn’t a new version of the app I go to the App Store there’s a new version it says open open the app doesn’t it goes back to the univers so now I can’t get more points because this app sucks so bad why do you even have an app if it doesn’t work 90% of the time I try to use it

Can’t use it. It asked me to update. But I’m not iOS 16. Can’t update. And can’t use old version too. Please fix
Requires too much login
This app is crazy, every week l need to relogin just to check my account. So waste of time!
