Staff amazing with Luna. They have patience and love for animals. Will definitely owe them a tube of liver paste as Luna nearly had half a tube 😂

When it works it’s great. However this is the third time it’s closed my account and asked me to log on again which deletes my history (chats) AND my pets’ details. It’s a very irritating blip. I do not recommend at present.

As of yesterday I cannot login. I have messages waiting that I can’t respond to. I’ve tried ‘resetting my password’ 8 times now but I am not receiving password reset emails? And to confirm I’m using the correct email address. Sort this out and fix it asap

Fix app asap! Keeps logging me out for no reason! I’ve deleted app and cache yet problem still occurs

I got logged out and couldn’t log in even now I’m having to log in every time I open the app

I’ve used Pennards for many years and have always found them tone kind and efficient with my pets and myself
