The app is up to date but it keeps telling me to update and won’t let me use the app until I do keep In mind it is up to date.

I love the app and order from it monthly stock for my cats and dogs and i get the best service. However the app needs to URGENTLY remove the out of stock items as i waste so much time trying to find whats in stock :(

It always shows that an update is available while playing on the app store there is nothing App is not working properly

The app can’t be accessed. A note “ update the app appears when I try to update it the note pops up again !!!!

Dears, I can’t open the app due to update. The pop up notifications doesn’t update nor letting me open the app. Please help

Cannot access app after installing the latest update. Each time i get a popup that an upgrade is needed, while i have already downloaded this upgrade. Before this issue i would have rated the app as a 5, but now 2.

I’ve just downloaded the app, When I try to open it, the home page loads successfully but I get a pop up message “An update is available” with Only an “Update” button, so I can’t close the pop-up neither can I access the page. So I click on the “Update” button, then it redirects me to the App store where I have nothing to do but click on the “Open” button then it redirects me back again to the freezed home page with the Update Pop-up message again and so on.. & I go into an infinite loop.

Where is the update ? I cannot use the app

The app doesn’t open with me and always directs me yo the app store
