If you bought something that only uses this app, return asap. Waist of money, can’t use my feeder and haven’t even had it for a year yet. Tried other apps and this one was the only one that worked for it.

Stopped working last week. Feeder is connected to the internet but App shows feeder online. Must be a problem with the App… Please fix ASAP!

The old Petwant app wouldn’t let me log in. When I tried to reset my password it said my account didn’t exist and made me download this app to make a new one. Now every time I try to create a new account, I get an error message. It has made my pet feeder completely useless. It’s infuriating.

It is a shame that after two years of ownership, with upgrades globally with internet, a person cannot connect to device. In addition, it is troubling that I cannot get in touch with manufacturers to discuss inherent problems with device

A machine is not recognized by App. Tried everything but not working :( It worked before with the previous version of Petwant app. Something wrong with their new app.

We just bought the wifi version of the feeder. There is no way to use without the app. Device seems fine but I can’t get through the setup process on the app, it won’t let me go past the wifi setup portion. Does anyone know if this will be updated ever?

Worked fine for a month Scheduling started acting out soon after a month Moved out of my house: every WiFi device works in the new place but this one. I think I tried everything including consumer service that keeps repeating the same thing over and over. A little too expensive for this failure!

I have used the old app for over a year and loved it, but was forced to get this app for a new device. The feeding schedule is on a 24:00 clock but only works up to 12:00, I now have to log in every time I want to manually feed, and the device consistently goes offline. Please bring back the old app!!!

Test site, okay. But my device still isn't working or connecting as it should or as it did in the beginning. Don't waste your time or money

Refuses to stay logged in. As soon as the app is closed or removed from memory by the OS you’ll have to sign back in, which is odd because it does all the notifications fine. All in all I do like the device and the app. It’s great that I can auto feed my cat dry food. It’s also interesting to note her feeding trends. Between 4 and 6 months she’s eating almost twice as much. Anyway, I’m hoping that the login thing can be fixed.
