I can’t log in into app can you fix it
Worst!
I was told to delete the app. Apparently i forgot my password. I try to reset it from the link on my email and it doesnt give me anything. 😩. Told them about it but they just told me to delete the app again.
Very bad
Customer support reply slow and ignores messages and say my order will arrive today then they say tomorrow then they say it’s 28 hours. Do not buy online, big mistake!

App always has issues, always needs updates, syntax and coding errors. Lose of purchase points and account info Really bad application considering it’s the primary pet shop in kuwait
