Super easy and convenient to use, most importantly it’s reasonably priced

I love the idea, but the app and website just don’t work. The app wouldn’t allow me to input my home address, defaulting to my neighbours. I put in the notes to please deliver to the correct address and hit confirm, a spinning circle briefly appeared and nothing happened. I tried multiple times, nothing. I then spoke to the chat support who told me to try on the website, I managed to put in the correct address there and confirm the order but it couldn’t find a rider, and after 5 minutes cancelled the order. I tried this three times before realising that my card had been charged three times. Support say the money’s just blocked on my card, I hope they’re correct, but this is still quite an inconvenience if so. For reference, I’m on London, you’d expect of all places they’d be drivers available here.

App UI makes it impossible to register

Tried the app for the first time and they cancelled three times and no driver is available

Seems the app does not auto size for an iphone8. It’s asks for last name and when I go to the next step it says I need to complete the required fields which implies the first name is hidden or behind the individual or business buttons. Shocking!

The app closes when I enter the verification code. Have tried multiple times with no luck.

App is buggy - can’t use favourites, can’t request a callback. Test the damn app before you release it!

It was a great app but I can’t log in. Not working

Download the app and use my number to sign up, received the message when I enter l it say wrong code, and did the same again and it says number it already exist, so I have tried to log in using my number, got the code and when entered the app just crashed and closed
