シンプルなのが嬉しい
ジムのトレーナーさんに1日に取るべきPFCバランスの指導をしていただいているため、数値の確認に使えるシンプルなアプリを探しておりこちらのに辿り着きました。 他のアプリですとPFCの設定を自動でしてくれるものが多いため、自力で数値の調整をされている方や私のように指示をもらっている場合には不要な機能だな〜と思っていたのですが チェックメインに機能を絞ってあるこちらのアプリはとても使いやすく、毎日助かっています！ 一点問題がありまして よく食べる食材を色々と登録していたのですが、ある時誤ってすごく少ない量を入力したところ、アプリがおかしくなってしまい何をしても開くことができなくなってしまいました…。 諦めて一度アプリを削除したところ、今までのデータは完全に消えてしまったので1からやり直しになってしまいました。 数百種類の食べ物のデータが消えてしまったことは本当に残念で手間だなーとは思うのですが、やり直してでもこちらのアプリをまた利用しようと思えるほど使いやすいです。
