I have been using this app for 4 years and its just now starting to act up, i can not sign in using face ID it crashes once i sign in

Poor app
Won’t allow me to use Face ID even though I activate each time I log on. I always have problems logging in with password so I set up Face ID but it doesn’t work. M
Unable to get into my account
Was doing great. Until today when I was trying to make a payment and it says wrong email and phone number. So now I can’t get into my account.
App sign in
No matter how many times I reset my username and or password it still will not let me in…

Was a great app..
It was a great app initially. I’ve been using for almost 2 years but it seems a few months ago some updates started coming out and now it doesn’t show how much I owe for that month or when it’s due…which is the whole point of the app.
Poor design
This app is terrible there’s no place to make partial payments on your loan it’s inconvenient when it should be everything you need in one spot! Poorly designed
Can not sign in
No matter how many times I try to sign in, I get an error message. I can sign in on the website just fine so I know I have the right email and password. This app is useless if not fixed.
Worked…until it wouldn’t let me log in SMH
Worked fine at first and was cool. Then one day it just keeps giving the login error. I’m also getting it on the website which is odd
PFS App
I’ve tried five days to make a payment as usual on mobile app.. says retry… username and password doesn’t match. I finally had to call the office to make payment! I always use the app! Please check… I reinstalled… nothing!
