I don’t understand the need to expire the password after just a few months? Then it will ask for an OTP - as someone whompives abroad and the PH phone number is not used, I opted for an email instead but this damn app will send the email after hours when the validity of getting the code is only 5 mins?! Stupid people behind Sunlife App

After 5 mins of waiting, the app keeps on loading and getting an error saying that something went wrong. You also need to enter new 6 pin digit every after update. Is this app even tested before deploying? Please check on your QA team please.

This app is just glitchy. I hope you invest in your app.

Almost everytime I open this app needs update as if there is really updates 🙄

After latest update, cannot log in. Won’t load after face ID. Also the otp everytime you log in is very unecessary. Super annoying that I have to change pass every 3 months, banks won’t even do this and it would be at least 6 months or a year.

How can your investors invest money conveniently if you’re application works inconveniently? This is a poor Sunlife application. I don’t know what happened to you but you need to fix this as soon as possible!

Very glitchy and sometimes won’t log you in. I hope they improve this app.
