Lost funds on Wallet from Swapping
I lost USD $55 worth of Solana from swapping between tokens on phantom app. There is no support or help from phantom online portal. There is also no update of transactions on history tab. Avoid using this app for crypto transactions. There are also random transactions and app interactions on phantom mobile app which I never did.
The wallet everyone uses
Every good trader used this Atleast once it has to be the best low fee wallet out there and would recommend it is like 40 cent transaction fees sometimes close to $0 for me
Needs currency options other than usd
Good product but not everyone lives in USA. It becomes a pain constantly looking up “x usd to aud” as well as figuring how much id like to buy/transfer into my wallet.
So many issues

Thanks, please add other currencies to display total in wallet, right now only in USD, which is not my native fiat. Also would be nice to have dedicated security pin, not use same one as device.
Hacker Galore + Bad Customer Support
Over 15,000 tokens of $DADDY (SOL) were taken overnight. It’s a blue chip. I had my secret phrase written down on paper. I’ve never given it out — customer support insisted it was ‘user error’ and that I must have shared it. I nudged them with, “Hey, let me clarify. You’re ignoring what I’m saying. Here’s my evidence, etc.” Their tone shifted from suggesting it might be my fault to silence once I provided the app’s logs — zero response. I asked for a follow-up and still got no reply. After checking reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Wouldn’t be surprised if the people working with this app actually steal the money themselves. Disgusting customer service. Zero accountability and zero help when your money’s gone. Are you next? Will your hard-earned money disappear in seconds with a service that’s useless? Might as well give your money to a crackhead. At least you’d know where it goes.
