I downloaded this to demo collisions. It would be very helpful if the coefficient of restitution of the walls could be adjusted independently of the value between the particles.

Fantastic app for education and fun to use.
I use this app often in class to help illustrate concepts that can be tricky to visualise. It’s a fun and interactive way of learning about science. It’s my go to place for simulations for chemistry and physics. It has been particularly useful during lockdown when learning virtually has become so important and we are doing fewer experiments. Would highly recommend

Fantastic simulations for teaching science.
Fabulous teaching resource
As an early career science teacher, during lockdown I have been been exposed to lots of new ideas and software. Phet simulations has to be the best of the best for physics. Real time simulations which give you the actual results you tell students about, not the dodgy results from unreliable kit. I will be using this for all demos with students to show actual results before even considering letting them near equipment. Absolutely superb. Best app on my phone, and an absolute lifesaver during the current climate.
A great new teaching resource
PhET have produced some excellent sims that I find really useful for enhancing my teaching and helping students visualise and understand concepts being taught. It looks like PhET have done a really doing job of making them easily accessible on a mobile device with this app.

A must for developing children. Great app!
This app combines STEM based learning with simple and intuitive games and apps. Our 'iPad hungry' kids are loving this and as parents we are too. And it's only 99p.
Fails to open
Just paid for the app to find out that the app crashes when ever you open it, avoid this app!

PhET sims are the single best online resource for science and maths. Many sims are now part of this great app with offline access. If you are a student or teacher with an iPad you would be crazy not to get it!
