An operation as simple as logging in shouldn’t be difficult to perform in an app for any user. That isn’t the case with this app. I am met with an “Authorization has been denied for this request” every time I try to login. The website works, but I have to perform it twice because the first time, for some reason, always just bounces back to the logged out session. Unlike other airline apps, this one is also very barebones — even the online checkin experience is neither consistent nor seamless. I really hope PAL invests more in its digital infrastructure to make it on par with other competing airlines that cater to passengers in the same region

App is hanging and not responsive

What is the password parameters? I cant seem to get any right that the app would accept as password.

Website and app not working always loading..what kind of app is this?

it always say “update information has not been saved. please try again.” then when you try again it will say the same. i have tried it multiple times but unfortunately it doesn’t work.

Even the app is updated, it’s always glitchy and can’t even use properly. When you open it, you can’t even use it because it will close on its own.

The app freezes and crashes when Manage Booking is selected. Heating is observed as wel.

Why booking Multi-City doesn’t work? It is so disappointing coz I need to book 3 times for my flights just because the time of my preferred dates doesnt appear when I book thru multi-city. 1 time booking becomes 3 times. I have no problem like this on other airline apps. You should update your app coz aside from what I mentioned above, the app is not easy to use now, not like before. Hope this helps so your loyal passengers will have a smooth booking experience. Thank you.

This app is very slow and buggy. As a flag carrier, this is disappointing. It’s nowhere close to the mobile app of other flag carriers in the region. The UI and UX are bad. The design feels like it’s a school project, or even worse.

This app doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. IT’S THE WORST.
