Hue sync app blijft syncr niet en blijft hangen bij het verbinden met de box
Gisteren de sync box aangekocht en met de app lukt het om de sync te starten. MAAR op de app blijft deze aangeven dat hij bezig is met verbinden. Deze zou moeten aangeven dat hij verbonden is zodat ik tijdens de sync de lichtintensiteit kan aanpassen of schakelen naar muziek of gaming, Dit lukt niet! Soms geeft de app aan dat de verbinding gedaan is maar na 30sec start het weer met ‘bezig met het verbinden’! Ik ben verplicht om via de andere hue app de sync te stoppen om de lampen te kunnen controleren, wat een gedoe!!!

A bien fonctionné les premiers temps mais n’arrive plus à se connecter à l’appareil même après l’accouplage réussi …
Problemen en nog problemen
1 aankoop. Toestel gaf problemen. Mijn tv toestel viel regelmatig uit bij gebruik van de box. Teruggestuurd

2 aankoop. Zelfde miserie en terug naar afzender.
Kan geen verbinding meer maken !
Koppelen is gelukt...Een ogenblikje graag er word verbinding gemaakt met je Hue Sync Box .... hangt al uren vast in dit scherm ... Zowel via iPhone als iPad ... hue lights werken wel via hue bridge en Windows hue app !
Raccourci HomeKit Apple ne fonctionne plus après la mise à jour !
Tout est dans le titre ... c’est vraiment la misère ... d’ailleurs j’ai testé avec mon iPad qui n’a pas fait la mise à jour ça fonctionne parfaitement, donc ça prouve bien que ça vient de la mise à jour ... je suis révolté c’est vraiment une régression

Impossible de ce connecter au boîtier , vue le prix , il faudrait vite réglé ce problème !
Disappointing
This is the worst Hue product I own out of scores of lights and accessories. I purchased 2 boxes for two different TVs and both lose their connection repeatedly while trying to watch a show. It is awful most of the time but would be cool if not for this problem.
Not recommended.
Don’t waste your time
Been a fan of Hue stuff for several years, but the Hue Sync product is an absolutely disgrace of a product. We spend more time trying to get the thing working than time watching a movie. Today was the last straw after fighting with it for over an hour, it’s been removed from all TV’s in our household.
Sync box won’t connect.
I’ve tried both apps. This one only got as far as connecting Bluetooth but never the entire sync box. Not a single helpful resource online. Why isn’t there another way, a code, anything else?? Can’t believe I have a literal brick with no functionality sitting here. It can’t be so hard to connect.
