I don’t see any value to this app. I have used Norelco shavers for years and I don’t see this app anything other the cost of the shaver. I have deleted it.

I don’t see any value to this app. I have used Norelco shavers for years and I don’t see this app anything other the cost of the shaver. I have deleted it.
I have a series 7000 razor that worked flawlessly with the app for a long time. Since the change in branding to “oneblade” it is useless. It had all of my data from the razor but now will not recognize it. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck. As others have said, if you don’t have a oneblade model, forget about it.
It’s hard to know when to charge it. There is not light to let you know.
i tried to log in but it always show me“message:invalid client_id”
I am new to shaving and had no idea how to use the clips, what they are for, or anything like that, until I downloaded this app. It’s so useful and from the time I have been using it there is no adds or premium membership they try and push you to have. Also there is more than shaving tips on this app, it helps with skin care and many other things. I am impressed and relieved on how good this app is.
When I open the app it’s just frozen on the loading screen
The light ring helps me use adequate pressure while avoiding a razor burn. The nano tech hardened blades provide a shave comparable to a blade. Best electric shaver made.

Review Jan 6, 2024: I don’t understand the purpose of this app. I go through the trouble of creating account and logging in, and all I can do is view my settings and log out. There are no other options to do anything else like, add a razor or tutorials or or anything that I expected. Useless. If I cancel (only option) I just get a blank white screen.
When I try to log in (which is the only way to use the app) it shows a blank page with the Philips logo on my iPhone. I’ve disabled all extensions. What a disappointment.
