The Sonicare app monitors your habits, like if you’re reaching all areas of your mouth, how long you brush or how much pressure you’re using, and coaches you with tailored advice. This coaching helps to ensure consistent, complete coverage, every time you brush.
Dashboard
The Dashboard connects to your Sonicare toothbrush to collect your brushing habits. Each day and week, you will receive an accurate, easy-to-read report, giving you the brushing insights you need to improve and maintain your oral health.
Automatic brush head reordering service
Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.
Connect with Apple Health
We heard you! You can now link the Sonicare app to the Apple Health app. When you do, you can track your brushing habits along with the rest of your health data, so you can set goals and be in control of your personal health.

Good feeling, poor app!

The toothbrush is really good! However, the app, it is conpletely lost! It is expensive because we paid the technology. It is pity that is not working properly. The positive thing here is that is really nice feeling, and soft. I like the brush but not the app

Inconsistent brushing guidance

I don’t think the app really knows what the toothbrush is doing. The ‘touch up’ recommendations seem random and inconsistent.

Bluetooth connection is inconsistent.

Love the toothbrush but the Bluetooth connection is very inconsistent.

Requires you to be tracked to function at all

You can’t use the app at all it seems without agreeing to all the tracking they want. They show close and skip buttons that all lead you back to the same screen demanding your data for functionality, 95% of which could easily be provided without it. Gross.

Good toothbrush, terrible app

Awful app that has all the hallmarks of being developed by a third-party who doesn’t use it themselves. Buggy, unresponsive, clumsy and badly designed. Even the most blatant problems have been ignored and remain unfixed. So disappointing for a premium (and very good) toothbrush.

Fantastic Brush Dumb App

Had the brush now for over two weeks awesome brush and loved the health coaching through the app. However the app does not appear to play well with the new ios13 upadate for iPhone as it crashed and has refused to open since. This is despite the version history saying that v7.00 has been updated to prevent such issues. Very disappointing that I spent so much on the brush and head setup $400 NZ and and can no longer use it with the app. What’s the story Philips? Please fix ASAP so we can enjoy the full value of this brush as we paid for.

Terrible.

Terrible app. Absolutely terrible. I have the most expensive model toothbrush you make. The app has no idea where I’m brushing my teeth if I choose to start somewhere different to the app. It rarely picks up that I’ve moved from the back of the teeth to the front, or vice versa. Your app itself is rubbish too. I keep seeing I have notifications from the app but when you open the app there’s no area that shows the notifications. I have no idea what it’s trying to tell me. Why have you, Philips, allowed your brand to turn to such a terrible state? You had the best toothbrush in the world and you have designed the worst accompanying app ever. I spent NZ$500 on this toothbrush. I assure you I will never be buying a Philips toothbrush again after this terrible experience.

The app is absolutely useless. I brush 2 minutes in each quad every night and the app will not track. I cannot determine how it works. It’s totally useless.

Inconsistent Feature

I enjoy the product but this app is buggy and doesn’t always track the movement of the brush. It’s absolutely obnoxious for an app to tell me to do better when the app itself underperforms in a third of its primary functions.
