Gimmick promotion
Open account, deposit $4000 and that easy to get $250 decathlon voucher is a gimmick. The * fine print needs you to leave it there for 90 days plus other terms and conditions. Despite that I tried trading but the user experience is worse that, IG, CMC, Tiger, Moo Moo.
very slow unresponsive
Main gripe: slow and unresponsive, prices and running PnL doesn’t update User interface: Clumsy order panel. you have to enter quantity every time, can’t they just default to 1? Preferred entry like stop orders / market orders need to be selected every time. A lot of improvement needs to be done, this shouldn’t even go live at all if they can get the speed, running PnL, and order panel right
