When you go to choose a seat and u have a party of 4 people and another party only bought 3 seat and left an open seat between the 4 seats you want the app doesn’t allow you to choose the 4 seats you want bc it forages you to have to choose the open seat left by the party of 3… That is wrong and needs to be changed! You should be able to choose any seats your party wants. I shouldn’t have to choose to be next to another party if I don’t want to. The freedom of choice should be allowed for any party to choose the seats they desire.

Easy to do and choose seats. I think the 2.00 each “convenience” fee is a little over the top though.

End the online purchase junk fees!!! Add Apple Pay as a payment option.

I’ve lost count on how many movies I’ve seen at the Phoenix Northtowne Theatre. Getting my tickets at the counter is okay but reserving a seat ahead of time through the app makes it so much easier. Until the other movie theaters around me steps up their game Phoenix Northtowne Theatres is the only movie theater I’ll go to to watch my movies, eat my snacks, and enjoy their recline, heated seats.

Now I can’t use any other card than a credit card?

This app does not connect to my card. Sometimes it’s an inconvenience

I am loving our new Phoenix theatre: seats are amazing, screen beautiful, all the workers helpful and pleasant, but the app has issues. Every time I go into it, I have to save my local theater to be taken to the movie choices. And when you book a movie, I have to put my credit card info in each time. The last knock is the sound….WAY too much! Louder isn’t always better. The Atmos theatre is almost sensory overload and if you are in theatre 2, you can’t enjoy your movie for all the rumbling next door. But all these things are “fixable”……

The theater that is in my area is NOT included in the location choices. When the theater name is entered to theater search box, the answer is “no theater found.”

I was suggested theaters that are out of state and when I look around to submit my current location I did find an option to do just that. Please fix your app, it is in the current state unusable.
