You can’t set this up in advance with your card details as it wants a park location. If you forget your password the text you’re sent doesn’t allow you to copy the impossibly difficult to remember code. Why not 6 digits like every other verification system?

Truly zero stars rated app. Not user friendly in any way. Unresponsive and laboured to use. Tried a few times to get the car registration into the app without success. Then getting payment method aligned is close to impossible. When you consider all the other parking payment apps available and how easy they are to use you have to conclude that this app can only have been designed to be this terrible. Wouldn’t be surprised if the company earns more revenue from exasperated non payment fines (the car park I used was in a hospital facility where parking isn’t easy and time is important) than it does actual parking. Deleted the app and would sooner park in the middle of a roundabout than use their facilities again. Can you give negative stars ?

Impossible to register and use

I tried to use this to pay for parking but it did not seem to work with Apple Pay. It wanted me to register a payment card but I had no way of knowing how secure it was so I did not use it. Waste of time.

Absolute joke - Liverpool City Council should be ashamed for appointing such a really poor company ???? Don’t they do any checks Can’t speak to anybody to resolve issues 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Would give minus stars if I could

Why can’t I add a card to the app without a location code? It now means I need to mess about when I get there to set up my card details Truly dreadful… Come on you can do better than this :-/

The app has so many flaws your better off getting a ticket !!!

This is without doubt the worst parking app I’ve ever used. And it works in their favour, because if you’re unable to go through the painful setup procedure with a poor signal you’ll get a fine. I’ve received a £60 parking fine because I was unable to use this thing. I will no longer park anywhere where this app is used.

Worst app ever. My bank has now cancelled my card because of it. 40 minutes of my life I won’t get back and a missed appointment I waited 6 months for!!!!!!!
