It asks me to purchase the same package on the new phone before allowing transfer so basically you have to buy the same offer twice ??? Trying to get a refund

Refused refund despite clear explanation.

I requested a refund on this app as it was not fit for purpose and did not allow me to transfer my photographs. I’m not sure what happened but it was suggested that this app would allow me to transfer mobile phone photos to my laptop. It does not. It only supports phone to phone transfers. The request for a refund was rejected despite explaining this and appealing to explain further. I was unable to use the app and deleted it as soon as I realised this. I have never had a request for a refund rejected before so I question the values of this company. You need to make your marketing more obvious as to what your service supports. Disappointed.

Unbelievable

Transferred over 1000 contacts between two iPads with different Apple IDs took seconds amazing!

Good if you are rich.

In Simple word.. yes maybe the app is really good if you have money. I’m not going to pay about £10.00 per month just to transfer my contact once in life time. No trail Period nothing. If you buy for business purpose make sense otherwise it’s NO. Or you have over wealthy..;-)

Not working for Photos

It worked for transferring contacts from my old iPad to the new one but failed while transferring my photos. It starts uploading on the old one but kept failing to download on the new one. I tried transferring a few photos at a time but having the same issue.
