PhoneLog for iPhone & iPad Reviews
This is not good application
I'm trying for years to find good application to make backup for phone calls. This software is rubbish unless someone could help me. I bought software can make copy of phone log but not manually must chose from contacts and write myself comments and details.
I need software will access to phone log and make copy and export to notes or excel. Honest I can't give any marks for this rubbish application
Is not automatic. Manual enter calls
I don’t see any way that this make a log of your calls. You must enter them manually.
A waste of $8. I could do that on excel.
Where have you been all my life?
I finally found what I’ve been looking for. A customizable app that’s intuitive, smart and well executed. My only regret is that it took way too long to find it.
I particularly like that I can assign a call as a Reminder for follow up or an Event and it’s automatically populated in my Calendar app. Yes, you’ll need to manually enter the call with all the information you need...no big deal. The easy part is transcription of your call notes to text.
And for those of you that are whining about calls not being automatically logged...there is no such app that will do that. Apple does not allow it.
I truly believe you too will love PhoneLog as much as I do once you install it and start using it. Check it out!
I forgot to mention their technical support is unbelievable. Dark mode was not behaving properly and it was fixed so fast it made my head spin.
It’s Perfect!! And a couple of suggestions.
I emailed the following to you but figured I should post this for others to see in the hope that you gain customers.
I have downloaded and used hundreds upon hundreds - probably a thousand apps by now over the years and this by far is in the top 5.
Very well created - sturdy - doesn’t crash
Easy to find your way around
Has all the information you’re looking for
Syncs across all of my devices
Suggestion: Maybe when a phone call is literally coming in, then you have the option to actually set it to open up the program so you don’t forget to type in notes or to take the time to find the app on your computer?
Also, I so wish, like you on an Android, that you can easily record phone calls that come in. But with Apple, as you probably know, you have to do a three way phone call which is really annoying. I figured out a way to use a tape recording and to literally hook up the recorder to the phone to record both sides of the conversation. But with Android, you can literally just tap “record”. SO much easier. If you could figure out a way to get around that and include that with your program maybe (like Phone Log Plus), you would make a killing!!
But so impressed with you. I wonder if you make other programs. I have only written 2 or 3 emails to app creators over the years so this is not something I regularly do - especially when you the app is great.
Keep up the great work!
Great App
This app can log all your calls, you just make your calls in the app, real simple. So when people complain that it is manual input they must be blind. Also I would like to say is there support is a 10 if I could list a 10. I just had a problem with syncing and they got it fixed. Great App and great support, what else could you ask for! And I hear that the iPhone version will be here real soon Can’t wait! Update now with iPhone support, Great Job!!!
Great App!
I purchased Phonelog Pro for the Mac quite a while ago, and loved it. I logged thousands of calls that I was able to refer back to for reference. A few months ago I converted from Macs to HP workstations, as I am convinced Apple is not coming out with a viable upgrade to the Mac Pro anytime soon. However, I am still using my iPhone. Needless, to say the App I missed most on the Mac was Phonelog Pro. A short time ago I purchased a iPad Pro. One of the first Apps I purchased from the App Store was "Phonelog Pro for iPhone and iPad". It's terrific and even better than I remember. It is beautifully designed and the only limitations it has are the constraints put on it by Apple. It is very customizable and very intuitive. There is nothing else that compares with it in either the macOS or Windows 10 platform. And support is top rate and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend it, it is well worth the money.
This product is useless!!
As long as you don't mind manually logging the caller's name and telephone, this app is fine. But if you're looking for an application that automatically stores your incoming and outgoing calls for you to query at a later date, this is not the product for you!
Great job
Also very impressed with how quickly my questions were answered when I had them! Great work
