Photo AFib Detector Reviews

New update broke it

Worked fine until latest update. Now it doesn’t give the rm or she numbers- or heart rate. The most important part of this app were the numbers!

Not good

this app doesn't work! on

Have tried this off and on for over one year now and while the heartbeat portion is ok the ‘in AFIB’ or not is extremely inaccurate. I tested this recently for 14 days straight and not once did it tell me I was in AFIB. At the same time I was wearing a halter monitor which stated I was in AFIB 100% of the 14 days. Drop this app.

Bought this hoping it would be better

It is less accurate than free app. And why must you have Facebook to share? Terrible, terrible idea and terrible app.

I have used this app for a while and it works great just have to be careful to hold your finger correctly I've tested against an ecg and it works great the results are not clear because they are overwritten please try to fix because I love the app

While it may work at detecting AFib it’s ridiculous that you can’t see the actual report once it’s done and you can only share with Facebook. Not everyone has or WANTS Facebook! Refund would be great

GreatApp for quick afib evaluation

People should not compare this app to a real EKG at a physicians office. The fact that it is able to sensr and visually record a irregular heart beat and show erratic beats is great enough an far better than other apps I have used to ser my pulse and afib. See a doctor for final analysis but use this to determine when and if you should go.

When it works...

When it works it’s good. It is spotty in its ability to detect your pulse. My personal experience is that it’s able to detect it less than half the times you try using it. It often will detect it and then lose it while it’s in measurement mode. Then, you try again... wait until it’s almost done... then it loses it again. Frustrating. I’m about done with it.

Tried repeatedly to get this to work. The only thing it succeeded in is raising my heart rate. There should be a way of getting ones money back. Apple should really somewhat test this stuff.

Not a 12 lead ECG but amazingly accurate

While unable to Identify arrhythmias like PCVs and PACs this little app has been dead on to determine trends indicating an active or impending A-fib episode.
