Either I can’t figure out how to use this (but it seems super simple), or it’s not actually doing anything - the new “compressed” image is exactly the same size and dimensions as the original.
Yes, Photo Compress Tool is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

So far it seems to be doing exactly what it says it will do and for free. Ya can’t complain.
As far as I can tell, I wasted about 15 minutes downloading those and trying to reduce some photo file sizes. Then tap on the photo bring it up on screen, select a size and that’s it! It doesn’t do anything! Don’t waste your time with this one!
