PhotoCut latest “update”
The latest update has rendered the app inoperable.
Works well enough…
I’m able to use this app to create pictures for my ebay business, but it is inconsistent in removing backgrounds, sometimes removing too much of the main subject. There is no easy way to refine the object to get a good quality picture. I am forced to use a different app when this happens which works well every time, but use is limited to only 250 pictures per month so I have to be careful unless I want to purchase another app. If improvements aren’t made, I will switch when my current subscription expires. Until then I will struggle with some pictures. To be fair, when it works…it works well…it’s just not a consistent performer.
Buggy and Disorganized app
Paid for the annual subscription…. It has some cool features, but overreaches and features aren’t accessible from everywhere and images disappear after you spent time fixing the automated features. It tries to be good, but fails at 80% of what it intends to do. It hides options. Lowered to 1 star from 2 stars. The more I use it, the more the haphazard disorganization and buried features bother me.

It gets rid of what i dont want to get rid of
IT REMOVES THE BACKGROUND THAT I DONT WANT THE PSRTS FIX THIS
It had to have a background
When I remove a background it tells me to pick a background when I don’t want I just want to remove the background not add one
Not user friendly
There are many other ways to design a great photo editor.
This app has no cancellation option
I liked using the app. But my problem with this app is once you subscribe it has no option to cancel the subscription. I went to the App Store and to my subscriptions & all my other subscriptions has CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in red letters but not this app. It just gives the option to go monthly or renew yearly at a much higher price at $29.99 a year. When I paid $14.99 for the year. This is just crazy!!! It forces you to keep the app and renew. Good luck with that!!!!! Hopefully I can find a a way to cancel. I’ve sent various messages requesting to cancel so we’ll see what happens.
