Photo Inventory with Pictory

Pictory is very easy to use and allows you to create your own labeling system for grouping. For example I have our stuff broken up by rooms and special collections. I can take a photo of each item, name it and describe whatever I want to say about it (ie…it’s a hand carved bowl and if it ends up at Goodwill, I will haunt you for all of your days) or leave a statement of insurance value, whatever I think is important. I can import and export the files, take the photo from inside or outside the app and edit each item as needed. Seriously a good find and FREE! I wish those estates we’ve been involved in had done this for us because we knew very little of the value of most items nor did we have the time and eventually not enough energy to dig very deep to be certain that things of value were recognized. (Of course that sounds like we come from the Biltmore family. The truth is that we are close to the Yokum family) Anyway…I’m glad to have this gem of an app and I’m plodding along doing a bit of stuff every day.

I have a new customer who is mega disorganized and never sends me part descriptions with their parts so I use this app to inventory everything they send so when I get a part I have the information right in front of me I use an iPad and knock each part out in seconds beautifully done and adding pictures is exactly what I needed and it it so easy to do

This is literally the ONLY app in the whole App Store that comes close to what I’m looking for. I literally thought about learning how to develop apps just so I could create what I need lol. This app would be 100% perfect if I could add TWO photos to each item. I need that for the front and back of my massive seed collection. If I could enter a quantity under the description that would be amazing too!

I cannot find an app anywhere that lets me make an inventory list with the photos listed! This is such a good app, and they should develop it more for that purpose or a separate app. I love it don’t hesitate to download it.

Just what I needed to catalog my Artwork for an upcoming sale!

I’m an old school pen and paper person. My husband has been on my case to find an app to keep track of my inventory. I sell online on several marketplaces and am having trouble keeping track of my sold items. This app is so simple and the photo feature is a MUST NEED!! I am so happy with this app. It’s simple organization and will for sure help me get my inventory in order. :-)

I’m just getting into this but it’s almost perfect for what I want. I just needed a way I could easily keep track of things I have up for trade with pictures attached so that I can easily share them. The share feature is a little rough with the grid share not necessarily attractive but list looks great and overall it’s a simple, clean app. Great work

Hi! I just downloaded this app today and I’m enjoying it. I have a question though — how can you move an item from one project to another? I’m using this to catalog my stuff while moving, and I want to keep track of what’s in one location and what’s in the other as I’m moving my stuff between two places. I have each home listed as a project, and I want to be able to move an item from one project to the other once it’s been brought to the other location. If this is not possible, this might not be the app for me (but still a good one).

Could you make it so we can select some items to delete, or so we can move some of them somewhere else?
