the photos uploaded fine but when they got to the destination they were very blurry and pixelated. when i look back now, they are entirely distorted and unrecognizable. not helpful. bummer

I could give this app more stars but it doesn’t seem to be working most of the time. You can’t send pics through the actual app you have to go to connect which takes you to a webpage. But the webpage never opens up it just keeps saying server can not be found. I really want to support this app but so far it has just been super frustrating. Please fix so I can give it a better rating. The idea is phenomenal. It just needs to work

Looking through the other reviews, it’s clear that this app hasn’t been working for at least a year. It downloads fine, but once you click “Get Started” it takes you to a webpage that never loads. It’s a great, generous concept, but it does not work. It should be removed from the app store if it isn’t fixed. It’s causing people who want to keep in touch with incarcerated parents more heartache.

This app does not work for no one .. hopefully someone comes with a better app because lord it would be great if it worked!! Ugh!

We was hoping to allow the nephew an easy way to send his mom letter and photos. After downloading the app and signing up to find out it doesn’t work.

Download this app to stay connected and it tells me the website can’t be found. I got happy when I seen this app on Steve Harvey Show but I can’t even do anything. It’s not working but I thought it would be s great app.

For some reason it doesn’t work for me anymore . Tried it one time and after it just stopped working
