Photos don’t load
I have spent several hours trying to upload photos to send to printing. I was successful with one set of photos (after needing to divide the total into sections) and all the other times kept getting an error message saying the photos couldn’t be uploaded. Also no option of save the cropping you had made on the photos.
Very Easy to Use
1st time user here….was gifted a promo code for a discount off some 4x6 prints. Downloaded app from App Store, granted access to photo library and was able to select photo to be printed and picked up at my local CVS. Cant get any easier than that…Love It!! Looking forward to seeing how the pictures come out!
Always Crashes
Maybe it because I have a lot of pictures but this app always crashes! As of December 2024 this app still opens to a white screen and crashes even with all the updates. Very sad.

Terrible
I thought I was ordering from CVS and when I realized it wasn’t, I tried to cancel my order (5 minutes after ordering). And they emailed me back 2 days later and said my order was already printed and I couldn’t cancel. Beware of ordering from them!!!!

Last week when I needed these pictures for a Christmas gift I was making for my class, this app did not work. The employee I talked to at CVS said the machine wasn’t working and he wasn’t having good luck getting through for help. When he did get through, he couldn’t understand the person helping him. I’ve never had problems with this app before, but it sure was problematic last week.

I ordered 166 pictures got a code to save money I’m not sure if can use it It kept saying error I hope my pictures come out great This is my first time using a CVS If they are good I plan on using this CVS app

Terrible app. No support. Ordered photos twice. No acknowledgment by email. No history of order. No support. Doesn’t even appear to be CVS.
