I have been using this app for years. Fantastic is the word to describe it.
Purchases
Was a good app years ago but awful now. This is the third time it is asking me to purchase stickers I purchased years before. I bought them a second time but refuse to buy them again. I see nothing new. When I tried to send them a message asking why I was asked to pay for something I already paid for the message was blocked - “try again later”. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them. Use only the basic app.
Excellent App except...
Easy to use, pretty intuitive so a very short learning curve. So, what cost them the 5th Star? They had available a “Love Pak” for $0.99 and in this Love Pak was one large white square. Until buying this that wasn’t an option only a horizontal or a vertical white canvas, the rest of the selections consisted of a large square matte with various colored and design backgrounds. They didn’t provide an option where that large square could consist of nothing but your photos with a white background...until the Love Pak which I purchased just to get that large white square. Guess what, choose the white square template and you get a pink background with lipstick print and a places for 5 photos. A larger one in the center and 2 on each side. So, yes, I’m miffed it’s the one template I wanted for quite some time and when it’s offered, it’s not. So deduct one star.

Yay!!! It's fixed!!
After 8 years of using this as my go to collage app, I was so sad when I got a new iPhone XS & the app wasn't working. It had been 4 years since their last update! How could that be? But now it's updated & I'm back to using my fave app! Yay!!!
Terrible Customer Service
They must not care about helping with technical problems because they never respond. Now all my years and years of work useless. 👎🏾👎🏼👎😾😿😤
Unhappy Camper
I have used this app for several years now and am extremely frustrated with it at this point. Under setting it is NOT even in the refresh list NOR is it under photos to allow the use of my photos. I have deleted it and re-downloaded it, I have purchased is twice now, yes you took my money a SECOND time. If these issues can’t be resolved in a timely manner I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. EXTREMELY ANGRY,
